Refund policy
You have 28 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Please also provide your order confirmation.
To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@sleepywilson.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If all's well, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within one to two working days. Please remember it can take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund.
You will only be refunded the priced paid for your returned item taking into account for example, any sale or special promotion discounts.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges. Please request a refund and make a new purchase as necessary.
